Hi Everyone,
This is just a quick note to let you know what's going on.
On some random early hour of the 12th July 2008 I was crossing a road in the city and got hit by a car. I have been in hospital ever since trying to recover. I have a metal plate in my left arm and multiple wounds, swellings and scratches and so on. Is very hard for me to even type this but I felt compelled. So straight to the point.
A HUGE THANK YOU to the following people:
Edward D - From splat to recovery you've been there for me the whole time. I am eternally grateful. You will never know the respect and appreciation I hold for you.
Dave B - From what I hear, you too were from splat to recovery. You kept the metal alive and in the form of DISMEMBER (drumstick, pick, signatures) and a metal magazine and for that I am truly grateful.
And that amazing get well card signed by everone... WOW!!! Thank you all so much!
Mum - I'm sorry I freaked you out, but I'm getting better
The Ambulance and Hospital Staff at St Vincents - Thank you for all your help
My Brother - I truly appreciate the visits and monetary support
And everyone else caught up in all this - I appreciate the support
This will take some time to heal so please be patient folks.
I've plenty of reviews and interviews to do for Mystic Metal but circumstances are preventing right now.
I will get back to Love Crisis when I am more mobile and healed.
Let me leave you with a taste of my nights drama...
When confronted by the ambulance guys for the first time they were like 'Miss are you ok?' I said 'Yeah I can take a hit I'm a fukn metalhead!' Hehe.. true story!
